Connect your payment gateway (SafePay)

Online card payments run through your own SafePay account. Orkiya never holds or touches the money — it goes from the customer's card to you.

Before you start

A SafePay merchant account (start in sandbox to test, switch to production for real payments).
The four keys SafePay gives you: public key, secret, webhook secret, and your environment choice.

Open Payment gateway
Sidebar → Money → Payment gateway.
Enter your keys
Pick the environment (sandbox or production), then paste your public key, secret and webhook secret.
Verify first
Tap Verify — it runs a read-only check against SafePay. Save stays locked until verification passes, so a typo never reaches your customers.
Save
Once verified, Save unlocks. Saving asks for one extra security check — your passkey or password — because this is your money rail.
Copy the webhook URL
Give the shown webhook URL to SafePay so payment confirmations reach your portal automatically.
Disconnect anytime
Disconnect removes your keys and stops card payments. Cash orders are untouched — the till keeps working.

Common problems

Verify keeps failing

Check the environment first — sandbox keys fail against production and the other way round. Then re-paste the keys carefully; an extra space counts as a typo.
