Sidebar → Customers lists everyone who has ordered from your store, with their contact details and order history in one place.

1. Open Customers

   Sidebar → Customers. The list shows email, name, whether the account is Registered or Guest, and when they were created.

2. Find someone

   Search by email or name, or filter with “Has account” to see only registered customers.

3. Open a customer

   Click a row — you'll see their name, company, phone, the orders they placed, and any groups they belong to.

4. Use customer groups

   From the customer's page, add them to groups — useful for loyalty tiers or wholesale buyers. Remove with a confirmation.

Common problems

Why can't I edit a registered customer's email?

On purpose — the email is the customer's login at orkiya.com, so it's locked. Guests can be edited; registered customers own their email.
