Fulfill orders & run delivery

Delivery has two screens: the fulfill screen assigns a rider to one order, and the delivery board runs the whole day.

Fulfill an order
Open the order → “Start fulfillment”: pick the branch, the delivery method, and a rider who's online and verified.
Open the board
Sidebar → Delivery board. Four live columns: Picking, Ready, On the way, Exceptions.
Move cards along
Start picking, mark ready, then dispatch. A failed run lands in Exceptions and can be re-dispatched.
Collect cash
Delivery cards show the exact COD amount the rider should collect — no mental maths.
Hand over pickup orders
Sidebar → Pickup (BOPIS) flags today's click-and-collect orders so counter staff can hand them over.
