Install the portal like an app and every new order rings your phone — even when the portal is closed.
- Open the portal on your phone
Sign in once in your phone's browser at merchant.orkiya.com.
- Add to Home Screen
Android: browser menu → Install app. iPhone: Share button → Add to Home Screen.
- Turn on order alerts
On the Overview page, tap “Turn on order alerts” and allow notifications when the phone asks.
- Test it
The next order rings your phone and shows a card on screen. Inside the portal you also get a chime.
Good to know: Alerts reach the phone where you enabled them. Many stores keep one tablet at the counter, always on.
