Invite your team

Sidebar → People → Team is your people page: store staff and a management team, each invited with a role.

Before you start

  • Each person's email address.
  • The role each person should have — see the Roles & permissions guide.
  1. Open Team

    Sidebar → People → Team.

  2. Invite store staff

    Invite by email and pick a role: manager, orders, inventory, accounting, support — or rider (riders also need vehicle and licence details).

  3. Share the signup link

    Each invite hands you a copyable link — send it to your team member so they can finish signing up.

  4. Invite a management team

    Owners, admins and finance are invited by email too. Invites can be resent or revoked from the same list.

  5. Remove someone

    Removal always asks for a confirmation, so a wrong tap can't lock anyone out.
