IP allowlist (office networks)

For teams that sign in from fixed networks, the IP allowlist decides which addresses are trusted — and what happens outside them.

Before you start

  • Your office network's IP range — ask whoever manages your internet connection.
  • A second admin or owner — no one can approve their own entry.
  1. Add an entry

    Sidebar → People → IP allowlist: enter the network range plus a label like “Counter PC”. It starts as Pending.

  2. Get a second pair of eyes

    A different admin or owner must accept each new entry — one person alone can never approve their own range.

  3. Set the policy

    Choose what happens outside trusted networks: block completely, or just require an extra identity check before sensitive actions.
