Loyalty turns one-time buyers into regulars: points per rupee, referral bonuses, and rewards they can redeem — all on your rules.

Open Loyalty
Sidebar → Money → Loyalty.
Set the earn rate
Decide how many points each rupee earns, and toggle the whole thing on or off.
Look up a customer
Search a customer to see their current points balance.
Turn on referrals
Set the bonus points for referrer and referee, a minimum order value, and a velocity limit so the same pair can't farm it.
Publish rewards
Redemption tiers: points cost on one side, discount amount on the other. Each tier is backed by a real promotion you can switch on.
Watch your regulars
The page shows regular counts per branch and a referrals table with paid and pending status.
