Start hereSign in & passkeys
Three ways in: email + password, Google, or a passkey. A passkey is your fingerprint or phone PIN — nothing to type or forget.
- Open sign-in
Tap “Sign in” at the top of this site.
- Sign in
Enter your email and password — or tap the Google button and pick your account.
- Use a passkey (optional)
If the portal asks for your passkey, unlock your phone with fingerprint or PIN. “Skip for now” falls back to your password.
- Manage passkeys & devices
After signing in, tap your avatar (top-right) → “Passkeys & Devices”. You'll see every passkey and trusted device — delete any you don't recognise.
- Add a passkey
On the same page, choose to add a passkey and follow your phone's prompt. It stays on that device only.
- Forgot password?
Tap “Forgot password?” on the sign-in screen. A reset link goes to your email and stays valid for 15 minutes. Set the new password, then sign in.
- Make it yours
The avatar menu also has Light/Dark mode, and “My portfolio” lists every store you're part of.
Common problems
My reset link says it's expired
Links expire 15 minutes after they're sent. Request a fresh one from the sign-in screen and use it right away.
The passkey prompt doesn't appear
Tap “Skip for now” and sign in with your password instead. Then add the passkey from the avatar menu → Passkeys & Devices, where the browser will offer to save one.
