Store setup

Store profile, verification & branding

The Store profile is your store's identity — what customers see and what our team verifies. Open it from the “Store profile” shortcut on Overview.

1. Open your Store profile

   Overview → the Store profile shortcut button.

2. Submit verification

   Verification section: contact email, address, business type and an optional tax number. Our team reviews it — verified stores unlock the branding kit.

3. Check identity & contact

   Store name, web address, phone and full address. These show on your storefront and receipts — keep them true.

4. Make it yours

   Branding kit: logo, banner, accent colour (checked for readable contrast), tagline and about text, with a live preview as you edit.

5. Set your policies

   Terms, privacy, return and shipping — paste links or write the text. They show on your store page for customers.

6. Save

   Save Changes stores your edits; Discard throws them away. While there are unsaved changes, Save stays lit — don't close the page before saving.
